Payroll excellence means zero surprises on payday. It means every withholding is correct, every tax filing is on time, and every employee gets exactly what they've earned. But beyond accuracy, it also means the people running payroll — the payroll managers, the accountants — can do their work without stress. I believe excellence is when the software I build is so well-designed that complexity becomes invisible to the user.

As COO, I am responsible for ongoing, efficient operation. We are constantly improving internal processes so that our employees can always operate the latest knowledge, the latest hardware and the latest apps. Because... only satisfied and motivated employees do their work well.

Working for OnePayroll is a very rewarding experience. As a Product Developer and the company’s first employee in the United States, I have the opportunity to bring U.S. payroll knowledge into the product and actively support the company’s growth in the U.S. market.

As a newer team member who has been given the opportunity to contribute in multiple meaningful areas, I can confidently say this is a very exciting time to be a part of and grow with the wonderful OnePayroll organization and team.
